Human rights and labor principles.

We are committed to respecting human rights across all of our business operations in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. Without limiting the foregoing, we do not utilize or permit child labor, forced labor, or other abusive or unsafe working conditions. Click here to read our Global Human Rights Policy.

Business partners and supply chain.

ESAB Corporation and each of its subsidiaries is committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards. Consistent with that commitment, we have adopted a Code of Conduct for Business Partners that sets out the expectations and standards that apply to any agents, distributors, dealers, contractors, intermediaries, joint venture partners, suppliers, and other business partners doing business with ESAB. Among other things, the Code of Conduct for Business Partners addresses compliance with law, labor, human rights (including child labor and forced labor), health, safety, and the environment.

Compliance hotlines.

As part of our commitment to transparency regarding laws and regulations, and to maintain a safe and secure workplace, we have established hotlines for individuals to report illegal, unethical, or unsafe situations. The hotlines provide anonymous methods, if the individuals so choose, to report any instances of misconduct regarding the Company’s finances or other business situations. Furthermore, the Company prohibits retaliation against any employee who, in good faith, reports a violation.
