In 2026, ESAB launched the Renegade VOLT™ EMP 200i cordless, battery-powered, multi-process welder. The Renegade VOLT EMP 200i gives welders the flexibility to perform Stick, Live TIG, MIG and flux-cored welding in remote locations, offsite jobs and areas without convenient access to grid power. Powered by DEWALT® FLEXVOLT® batteries, the system can also operate on AC mains or in AMP+ hybrid mode for additional output. Its portable, rugged design helps welders complete field repair and light-fabrication work with reliable performance and easy process switching.
Making welding automation more accessible.
In 2025, ESAB launched the Tracfinder™ Rail and Tracfinder™ Wheel battery-powered welding tractors and the ROBBI™ Mobile cobot welding system. These automation solutions help fabricators increase output, improve weld consistency and address workforce challenges by automating repetitive welding tasks. Tracfinder welding tractors provide portable, precise travel and torch tracking for mechanized welding, while ROBBI Mobile gives welders an intuitive, no-code way to automate high-mix, low-volume production. Together, they help fabricators complete more work with existing teams while improving quality and reducing rework.
Bringing laser welding efficiency to fabrication.
In 2026, ESAB introduced the Dueler™ EHL 1500 handheld laser welding system. The Dueler EHL 1500 boosts fabricator productivity through welding speeds up to four times faster than TIG and two times faster than MIG, while delivering consistent, low-distortion welds. Its compact, air-cooled design integrates a 1,500-watt laser power source, wire feeder and intuitive touchscreen controls into one system. Synergic settings help operators quickly produce high-quality welds on common metals with less setup and training.
Advancing protection for heavy-industry welders.
The Sentinel™ A70 PRO expands ESAB’s Sentinel automatic welding helmet portfolio with advanced protection and functionality for demanding industrial applications. Its large auto-darkening filter gives welders a broad, clear view of the weld puddle, while adjustable shade, delay and sensitivity settings support a range of welding processes. A removable flip-up ADF bracket reveals an oversized grinding shield, allowing operators to transition efficiently between welding, grinding and finishing tasks. The helmet also includes an integrated LED work light for low-light fit-up and inspection, Bluetooth® connectivity through the ESAB Helmet Connect app, and added head and neck protection from sparks and spatter.

In 2022, we launched the latest incarnation of our feature-packed, robust, Swift-Jet Pro CNC waterjet system. Featuring a 10′ x 5′ cutting envelope within a single-piece heavy-duty welded tank design, the new Swift-Jet Pro is set to become the benchmark in quality, affordable waterjet cutting. An underwater cutting system reduces noise and mess, while the precision linear rail and powerful hybrid servo motors provide a smooth motion to ensure top cut quality and repeatability. The Swift-Jet Pro can cut through any material, with precision and accuracy at the center of every cut.
Enabling flexibility with portable and powerful welding solutions.
In 2022, we unveiled the Renegade VOLT™ ES 200i Stick/TIG battery-powered welding system, developed in conjunction with Stanley Black & Decker. Renegade VOLT is a portable machine for tough jobs and has the battery power to weld through a standard work shift. Powered by four DEWALT ® FLEXVOLT ® 12 Ah rechargeable batteries, Renegade VOLT eliminates many of the costs of engine drives, including fumes, fuel costs, and the need to drag heavy welding cables or extension cords. The Renegade VOLT was designed in compliance with the European Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation.
Boosting productivity and safety for welders.
In 2022, ESAB launched the Sentinel A60 automatic welding helmet. The Sentinel A60 builds on ESAB’s industry-leading Sentinel automatic welding helmet technology and boosts welder productivity through a 40% larger viewing area, better clearance in tight areas, and providing unmatched protection from light and sparks to welders. The superior optics help welders keep the weld puddle centered in the joint, keep the electrode on the leading edge of the puddle, accurately position a cutting torch, all while reducing eye fatigue.
Power package for industrial welders.
We debuted our next-generation Warrior Edge 500 CX multi-process power source, alongside the Robust Feed Edge CX wire feeder and Exeor MIG torches, to the global market. Warrior Edge can detect and react to arc behavior in critical moments, like clearing a short circuit, up to 10 times faster than traditional machines. Operators can make better welds and spend less time improving productivity. The power current control module enables fabricators to optimize each welding method independently. Warrior Edge is compliant with the European Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation.
