The industry’s reception of our portfolio continues to highlight our ongoing dedication to the voice of our customers and product development. Our products’ successes are always a company-wide effort. It is due to the creativity, collaboration and hard work of our world-class R&D team that work to bring these products to life and the sales, marketing and communications departments that keep these products in front of the right audiences, creating campaigns and initiatives that continue to resonate with our customers around the world.

The “Gear of the Year” recognition is a testament to ESAB’s  ‘without limits’ culture. We are part of a 120-year-old company with an amazing legacy and history in the welding / fabrication technology industry. And it’s inspiring to see how entrepreneurial and talented our teams are and how we can continually push the envelope around innovation to make our customers and end users jobs easier with an incredible portfolio of products. I am incredibly proud of the R&D, Global Product Management, marcom, and commercial teams. There were so many stakeholders involved in this project from all over the world. I am more just so proud how we pushed through obstacles and came out with a game changing product.
